Receiving a WOASF scholarship gives me the ability to focus more on my schooling rather than on funding my education. With the generous scholarship amount I will receive from WOASF, I will now be able to spend more time focused on learning and studying my courseware for my degree in Cybersecurity. The scholarship will give me back time that I may have spent working to be able to volunteer in the community and enjoy the many clubs and activities offered by Purdue University. Additionally, the scholarship will allow me to focus more on what my next big step will be when I enter the workforce. It will allow me to apply for exciting unpaid internships that will further my knowledge of the cybersecurity field. I am more grateful than anything that I was chosen for a scholarship by WOASF and thankful that it will be able to help me advance my education.
