I am very thankful and honored to be one of the recipients of the WOASF and VAW scholarship. Receiving this scholarship means a great amount to both myself and my family. Through receiving this scholarship, it represents all the hard work and sacrifice myself and my family have done. This scholarship provides me with the opportunity to received the best education, as I can focus on achieving success within the classroom. Through constant moves around the world, one thing that remained a constant was my education. The impact each school and teacher left on me was tremendous and has driving my goal to pursue elementary education at DODEA schools to help other military children. This scholarship provides me with the means to receive a degree in elementary education and help many other military families around the world. Thank you again to everyone who made this scholarship a possibility and I am thankful for all Wings Over America has done for myself and my family.
