I would like to thank the donors that fund this scholarship for specifically thinking of VAW/VRCveterans and their families. Giving the military children of this community the ability to go to college with less worry of financial need is an amazing cause to contribute to, and my academic pursuits would not be possible without your contributions. This VVOSA award means a lot to me and my family because it lifts some of the financial burden of college. The veterans of VAW and VRC squadrons deserve more credit than they get, and this amazing program offers gratitude to their families by helping relieve the stress of paying for higher education.
